Code of Conduct Review
The Medicines Australia Code of Conduct has been in operation since the early 1960s. The current 15th edition became effective in December 2006.
The Code requires Medicines Australia to carry out a review of the provisions of the Code, after seeking input from interested parties, no later than every three years. The review of the Code is now underway that will lead to the 16th edition.
Submissions are invited from individuals, healthcare professional or patient organisations, pharmaceutical companies and other interested parties.
