Code of Conduct Review

The Medicines Australia Code of Conduct has been in operation since the early 1960s.

The Code of Conduct requires Medicines Australia to carry out a review of the provisions of the Code, after seeking input from interested parties, no later than every three years. The Code was last reviewed between August 2008 and June 2009.  The new 16th edition of the Code was authorised by the ACCC on 3 December 2009 and became effective on 1 January 2010.
